No Refunds on Final Sale Items All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds under normal circumstances. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is an issue with the item received.

Exemptions for Refunds

 Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Wrong Sizing: If you receive an item in the wrong size, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will verify the issue and assist in resolving it, whether through an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with tags attached) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We will not issue refunds for any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Before You Receive Your Item Refunds are not allowed before receiving the item. Once the product is shipped, no refund or exchange will be processed until it is delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
